Desktop Support Officer – Education Sector

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a passionate Desktop Support Officer to join its Education team in Howard Springs. In this permanent, onsite position you will deliver high‑quality technical support to schools and other education customers, working with a mix of Macs, PCs, tablets, servers, network gear and voice platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of customer environments.
• Build friendly relationships with end‑users and act as their first point of contact.
• Identify and improve inefficient processes, creating new procedures where gaps exist.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously refine service delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Own day‑to‑day technology issues, coordinating with external third‑party providers.
• Collaborate with specialist server, network and other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
