Design Studio Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Design Studio Manager who will act as the creative anchor for our team. The role blends high‑impact design execution with studio and people leadership, ensuring both outstanding visual output and smooth workflow management.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute high‑quality design work across digital, print, brand identity, social and campaign assets (≈70% of time).
• Uphold brand guidelines and maintain technical accuracy across all deliverables.
• Oversee design traffic, allocate projects, and balance workloads to meet realistic deadlines (≈30% of time).
• Mentor junior and mid‑weight designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the design team, project managers and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing versatile branding and visual execution.
• Master‑level proficiency with modern design tools and a proven ability to manage studio workflow.
• Experience using project‑management platforms to coordinate traffic and deadlines.
• Empathetic leadership style that guides designers without micromanaging.
