Design Coordinator

About the role

The Gold Coast Titans are seeking a creative and passionate Design Coordinator to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Creative & Brand Lead, you will help shape the club’s visual identity across digital, print and stadium environments, supporting both fan engagement and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, signage and publications.
• Develop creative concepts that bring the Titans brand to life across all touchpoints.
• Retouch and enhance player imagery for marketing use.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects that resonate with fans, members and partners.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with and strengthens the Gold Coast Titans brand guidelines.

Required profile

• A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field (or currently studying).
• 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design or creative role.
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to high‑quality visual output.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to pitch in where needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and After Effects.
