About the role
National Dental Care is looking for an energetic and professional Dental Receptionist to join its Mt Isa team. The role can be part‑time or full‑time and involves being the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage appointments and patient enquiries.
- Support the clinical team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day practice operations.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and handle administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a dental practice.
- Professional, approachable, patient‑focused and highly organised.
- Reliable, proactive, motivated and a strong team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Dental4Windows (D4W) software.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
