About the role
The Dental Officer Level 3 provides emergency and routine general dental services to patients across Justice Health NSW facilities, including forensic hospitals, adult correctional centres and adolescent youth justice centres throughout NSW.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver dental care that matches the quality of community dental clinics and Local Health Districts.
- Provide both emergency and routine dental treatments in a range of secure health settings.
Required profile
- Registered Dental Practitioner with experience in general dentistry.
- Ability to work in secure environments and manage complex patient behaviours.
Required skills
- General dentistry clinical skills.
- Emergency dental care procedures.

- Salary $169,467 (Year 1) – $177,655 (Year 3) plus super and leave loading.
