Dental Assistant - Casual

About the role

Maven Dental Southport is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Dental Assistant to join its team on a casual basis, with the option of ongoing and additional shifts as needed. You will support the dentists across a range of procedures while helping deliver excellent patient care and maintaining high standards of infection control.

Key responsibilities

• Chairside assistance across a range of general dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised clinical environment
• Managing stock and equipment as required
• Supporting patient comfort and delivering outstanding patient care

Required profile

• Previous dental assisting experience (3+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
