Demand Planner

About the role

Bega Group is looking for a Demand Planner for its Docklands office, which serves as the hub for corporate functions within the Bega Group. The role uses data-driven insights and teamwork to build accurate forecasts that keep the group's products on shelves, working closely with supply chain, sales and marketing partners. It is a hybrid position: office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and work from home on Wednesday and Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using data, market trends and business insights.
• Facilitate demand review meetings and contribute to the weekly S&OE process.
• Analyse demand drivers and collaborate on actions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Report forecast outcomes to key stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain demand planning systems and proactively address potential issues.

Required profile

• Experience in demand planning or other planning streams is advantageous.
• Transferable skills in planning, organising and prioritising tasks to meet business goals.
• Collaborative communicator able to build relationships across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data and share insights to influence decisions.
• Agile and solutions-focused, thriving in a dynamic FMCG or retail environment.
