About the role
Delivery Solutions Consultant – part of Aurecon’s Industry Skills Practice, helping organisations build capability, solve workforce challenges and deliver better outcomes across Australasia.
Key responsibilities
- Operational planning – coordinate people, resources, schedules, communications and competing priorities to set each engagement up for success.
- Stakeholder management – work closely with project managers, consultants, trainers and clients, providing proactive communication and strong organisation.
- Service delivery – anticipate challenges and opportunities, staying ahead to keep operations running smoothly.
- Analytical thinking – embrace diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
Required profile
- Proven experience coordinating services, projects, programs or operations.
- Outstanding organisational skills and strong communication capability.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills; proactive and ownership‑focused.
- Professional pride in delivering quality outcomes.
