Delivery Driver - NAPA Karratha (Full Time)

About the role

NAPA Karratha is looking for a friendly, customer-facing Auto Parts Delivery Driver. The driver plays a key role in the branch team, building strong relationships through high standards of sales and service while delivering parts to trade customers such as workshops and dealerships. The role is Monday to Friday, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers
• Ensure a safe work environment and practice safe driving behaviours
• Deliver parts and products safely to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
• Promote products and marketing activities when delivering
• Build strong customer bonds through high-quality customer service
• Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits and answering customer enquiries
• Receive, dispatch and put away stock, including lifting, bending, climbing and operating machines

Required profile

• Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries by urgency
• Customer service mindset and ability to build strong customer relationships
• Friendly and knowledgeable, able to work independently
• Physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe driving practices
• Current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Previous customer service experience in a trade or mechanical environment is desirable
• Available Monday to Friday and flexible to work other days if requested
• No automotive experience needed: training is provided
