Delivery and Butcher Assistant

About the role

A busy hospitality venue is looking for a reliable, hardworking Delivery and Butcher Assistant. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone who enjoys early starts and working in a close-knit team. The venue has its own in-house butchery that prepares and ages the beef served across its six venues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the butchery with daily preparation and general tasks, including portioning and mincing
• Pack and organise orders
• Load and unload deliveries
• Deliver products safely and efficiently to sister restaurants
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
• Current NSW driver's licence
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Experience in food handling or a butcher environment is an advantage but not essential
