About the role

Future Secure AI is seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join its core Platform Team in Austin, Texas. As an Applied Scientist you will help develop and improve the AI models that power proactive intelligence capabilities, working closely with engineers and researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and innovate machine‑learning models for user intent understanding, workflow prediction, and human‑AI collaboration.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large interaction datasets to create impactful features.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy models into production and monitor performance.
• Stay current with advances in machine learning, data science, and human‑computer interaction and apply them to the platform.
• Design and run A/B experiments to assess new models and features.
• Communicate technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proven ability to develop, deploy, and monitor ML models at scale.
• Experience with data mining, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
