Data Officer

About the role

Black Swan Health is seeking a part‑time Data Officer to support its Youth Early Psychosis programme in Joondalup. The role ensures accurate data collection, reporting and compliance with the Australian Early Psychosis Program and Headspace national standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update data entry processes to capture required information for reporting.
• Provide ongoing support to clinical teams by creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the Early Psychosis Operations Manager to resolve non‑compliance issues in the HAPI system and ensure data accuracy through reconciliation with MMEX.
• Enter data from medical records, case notes and other sources into HAPI.
• Liaise with data and systems officers across other sites to promote consistency and a national approach.
• Deliver training to staff on new data processes and system updates.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work independently and support multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff across locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualisation.
