Data and Support Analyst

About the role

This entry‑level position supports data‑driven decision‑making at Mercy Health by collecting, analysing and interpreting business data. You will develop and maintain reporting solutions, data workflows and automation scripts to help the organisation improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Create and manage data workflows and scripting processes, including the use of Workato and Liquid tags.
• Collect, cleanse and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Identify trends and insights and present actionable outputs to stakeholders.
• Automate routine reports and processes to increase efficiency.
• Provide application, technical and system support as needed.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in healthcare or community services.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and deliver clear results.
• Willingness to obtain a current Police Record Check.
