Data Analyst – Temporary Full‑Time Role

About the role

QLeave is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Data and Analytics team in Brisbane’s North. This flexible, full‑time, temporary role will support day‑to‑day operations and decision‑making by turning raw data into clear, reliable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report performance and operational data to inform business activities.
• Develop and improve data collection processes, reporting methods and analytical approaches.
• Prepare and deliver reports, briefings and submissions, including performance, benchmarking and monitoring information.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, systems and business processes and support implementation of improvements.
• Produce documentation such as reports, presentations, business cases and technical or functional requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and suggest business improvements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
