Data Analyst – Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. You will turn supply‑chain data into smarter decisions, optimise inventory and make a real impact in a supportive environment with strong culture and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, clean, and consistent vendor, item, and inventory replenishment master data records.
• Analyse supplier price changes, evaluate financial impact and keep pricing up‑to‑date in the ERP.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports, interpreting trends to provide insights for supply‑chain decision‑making.
• Analyse inventory levels and supply trends to optimise stock, prevent shortages and reduce slow‑moving or obsolete items.
• Coordinate reviews of slow‑moving and obsolete stock with the Category Manager to identify corrective actions.
• Provide root‑cause analysis of stock‑outs and work with buyers to implement solutions.
• Identify products that could be sourced from overseas suppliers, considering stock turns, MOQs and containerisation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud, Power BI and Databricks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems and CRM software.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to undertake role‑specific training.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis and transformation.
