Data Analyst Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our on‑site team in Australia. The role provides hands‑on exposure to real recruitment datasets, dashboard creation and stakeholder reporting, with mentorship from senior data professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and preprocess data from databases, spreadsheets and APIs.
• Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI or Tableau and present findings.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data and maintain databases.
• Support various teams with data‑driven recommendations and documentation of processes.
• Assist in building basic predictive models and automating reports with Python or Excel macros.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a quantitative degree (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Commerce, etc.).
• Legal right to work in Australia and able to work on‑site for the internship duration.
• Strong attention to data quality and willingness to learn enterprise data workflows.
