Cybersecurity Consultant – Delinea PAM

About the role

Datacom is expanding its Australian Cybersecurity Consulting team and seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant with deep expertise in Delinea Privileged Access Management. You will work with enterprise clients to design, implement, and enhance PAM solutions that protect privileged identities and reduce risk.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Delinea PAM solutions, including Secret Server and related technologies.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into secure PAM designs.
• Configure credential management, session monitoring, password rotation, and privileged account governance.
• Develop integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SIEM, and other identity platforms.
• Create technical documentation, implementation artefacts, operational procedures, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Support PAM assessments, remediation, maturity uplift, and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Delinea PAM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting experience on customer‑facing projects.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency (required for client engagements).

Required skills

• Delinea Secret Server / Delinea Platform.
• Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP.
• SIEM integration.
• Credential vaulting, session management, least‑privilege and just‑in‑time access concepts.
