CyberCX Academy Consultant – Recruitment & Training

About the role

As a Consultant in the CyberCX Academy you will help launch the careers of aspiring cyber‑security professionals. You will work closely with the Academy team to design, deliver and continuously improve recruitment, onboarding and training programmes that feed the cyber‑security talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for the Academy, from candidate outreach and screening to coordinating assessments, panel interviews and onboarding.
• Administer the Academy’s Learning Management System, including participant enrolment, course site updates and technical support for facilitators.
• Support project coordination for Academy initiatives and the Cyber5050 programme, conducting research, synthesising information and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop workforce‑development resources, succession plans and training materials.
• Prepare high‑quality proposals, reports and presentations to meet client and internal objectives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, programme coordination, talent development or a related field.
• Relevant education or certifications in HR, business administration, project coordination, cyber‑security or information systems.
• Strong interest in people development and a passion for building the next generation of cyber‑security talent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
