Customer Wealth Associate

About the role

You will be the trusted voice behind a fast‑growing fintech platform, helping everyday Australians and New Zealanders understand and maximise their wealth‑creation products. The role involves delivering high‑quality service across investing, savings, retirement and insurance through both written and phone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and digital channels.
• Assist with account setup, identity verification, share transfers and onboarding.
• Resolve complex issues and complaints in a regulated environment.
• Manage escalations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer insights and improve processes.
• Support product, operational and customer‑experience initiatives, including AI‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer operations, support or client services.
• Background in a regulated industry such as fintech, banking, wealth management, superannuation or insurance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
• Proven ability to handle escalations and difficult conversations.
• Comfortable using technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
