Customer Support Officer

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing reassurance, guidance, and efficient service. The role involves booking appointments, resolving queries, and handling challenging moments across multiple sites using telephony and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Experience de‑escalating customer conversations.
• Confidence using CRM platforms.
• Background in fast‑paced environments such as call centres, retail or hospitality.
• Track record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong people skills, empathy and professionalism.
• Effective problem‑solving and quick decision‑making.
• Team‑oriented mindset and attention to detail.
