About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Melbourne. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer queries via ticketing systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, including cold calling.
- Manage and resolve customer queries through ticketing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide timely updates and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets related to call volume, ticket resolution, and customer feedback.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
