About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Reddy Express store in Sorell. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive a welcoming experience while the store remains clean, well‑stocked and safe.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, answer queries and promote our range of products and specials.
Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise and replenish stock throughout the shift.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
Perform moderate to heavy lifting of stock items as required.
Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Required profile

Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
Willingness to learn product information and store procedures.
