About the role

Join the Reddy Express team as a Customer Service Representative, delivering friendly and efficient service to store guests. You will help keep the shop clean, well‑stocked and inviting while supporting the overall retail experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, answer queries and promote store specials.
Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise and replenish stock.
Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for product placement as needed.
Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment, managing time effectively.

Required profile

Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stay on your feet for long periods.
Flexible availability, including evenings, early mornings and weekends.
Willingness to learn product ranges and promote specials.
