About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express, you will create positive experiences for every guest who walks through the store. You will keep the shop clean, well‑stocked and welcoming while handling a fast‑paced environment that requires multitasking and time management.

Key responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and assist guests with enquiries.
Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Promote a wide range of products, specials and promotions.
Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for stock as needed.
Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Required profile

Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.
Willingness to learn product details and store procedures.
