About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Margaret River store. In this fast‑paced retail environment you will deliver friendly service, keep the shop clean and well stocked, and help guests find the right products.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
- Maintain a tidy, organized store environment.
- Stock shelves, replenish merchandise and ensure product availability.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
- Promote daily specials and a wide range of products.
- Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for merchandise as needed.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
Required profile
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Flexible availability for varied shift patterns.
- Eagerness to learn product information and store procedures.
