Customer Service Representative – Retail Store

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express in Halls Creek, you will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering friendly and efficient service to every guest. You will keep the shop clean, well‑stocked and inviting while handling a fast‑paced environment that requires strong multitasking.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organise merchandise displays.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves and report shortages.
• Promote store specials and product range.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for inventory as needed.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.

• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn product information and store promotions.
• Availability for flexible scheduling.
