Customer Service Representative – Retail Store

About the role

Join the Reddy Express team in Mosman Park as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering friendly, efficient service while keeping the shop clean, well‑stocked, and inviting for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise, and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Promote a wide range of products, specials, and promotions.
• Handle moderate to heavy lifting and reach for stock as needed.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights.
• Willingness to learn product details and store procedures.
