About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express, you will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering friendly and efficient service to every guest. You will help keep the store clean, well‑stocked and inviting while supporting sales through product knowledge and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store guests.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked and welcoming store environment.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Assist with product promotions and upselling.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting of stock and merchandise.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability, including nights, early mornings and weekends.
• Eagerness to learn the product range and specials.

Required skills
