About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express in Cairns, you will deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while keeping the store clean, well‑stocked and welcoming. The role is fast‑paced and requires the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe store environment.
- Stock shelves, replenish merchandise and ensure product availability.
- Promote a wide range of products, specials and promotions.
- Handle moderate to heavy lifting and reaching as required.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, early mornings and weekends.
Required profile
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods.
- Willingness to learn about products and store operations.
