Customer Service Representative (Logistics) - Temp to Perm

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced logistics operation in Kenwick, Western Australia. The role keeps customers, warehouse and transport teams connected by handling day-to-day customer needs and coordinating orders. It is a Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm position with a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing their day-to-day queries and requirements
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional communication
• Coordinate orders with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor order progress and resolve issues proactively before they affect the customer
• Process rates, charges and customer information accurately
• Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system
• Track service performance and help improve it
• Work with warehouse teams, fleet controllers and other operational stakeholders

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to prioritise, problem-solve and stay calm in a busy environment
• Proactive, team-focused approach
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with a warehouse management system is highly regarded
