Customer Service Representative

About the role

Auto Parts Group (APG), part of GPC Asia Pacific, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Brendale office. This is a full-time permanent position in which you will deliver excellent customer service every day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage parts inquiries, requests and quotes and provide excellent customer service
• Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience
• Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory
• Address customer escalations and maintain order records
• Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement

Required profile

• Passion for customers and service
• Experience in customer service; strong relationship-building skills are highly desirable
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Reliable, punctual and a confident communicator
• Positive, energetic team attitude
• Candidates from call centres, high-volume customer service, retail or trade counter sales and phone-based sales are welcome; it is described as an entry-level opportunity
