About the role

Drive2Ride is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to manage communications, coordinate bookings and support daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers, drivers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Manage bookings, scheduling, cancellations and service modifications.
• Provide accurate information on transportation, logistics and booking procedures.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch teams and internal staff for efficient service delivery.
• Handle complaints and service‑related issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer records, booking information and operational documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative duties, reporting and operational coordination.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional telephone etiquette and email communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple enquiries effectively.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency preferred, with unrestricted work rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Confidence using email applications and digital booking/CRM systems.
