About the role

This full‑time on‑site position in Mossman, QLD involves responding to customer inquiries in person, over the phone and via email, providing accurate information about products, services and company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle order processing, resolve issues and complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Maintain customer records, document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles and strong customer support skills.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow‑up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on‑site full time in Mossman and collaborate effectively with team members.

Required skills
