About the role
The Customer Service Representative will deliver great customer experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will keep the store clean, well‑stocked and welcoming for guests while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and promote a wide range of products and specials.
- Maintain store cleanliness, ensure shelves are stocked and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Required profile
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to stand for long periods, perform moderate to heavy lifting and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
