Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our South Melbourne team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, orders and service issues related to waste collection and processing.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails and other inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Process order and booking requests for waste collection services.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Track service requests, document interactions and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Report recurring issues and share feedback with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong customer service experience, preferably in support or call‑center environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with field teams.
• Experience in waste management, logistics, construction or related sectors is an advantage.
• Relevant training or qualifications in customer service or business administration.

Required skills

• Basic office software competency.
