Customer Service Representative

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division is seeking Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers across Australia. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure high‑quality support for healthcare customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries and complaints, taking ownership and escalating when necessary.
• Manage interactions with commercial teams via telephone services.
• Process customer orders, bookings and invoices accurately, adhering to J&J quality systems and SOPs.
• Support the National Customer Service Network as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Commercial teams and other departments.
• Manage orders and consignment inventory, liaising with product specialists, hospital staff and warehouses to maintain stock availability.

Required profile

• Strong decision‑making ability and efficient work style.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in commercial relationship management and negotiation.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
