Customer Service Representative – Geelong

About the role

BlueScope’s Lysaght business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Geelong team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing quotes and ensuring smooth order processing across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, building positive relationships.
• Analyse specifications and order details to generate accurate quotes and tailored advice.
• Prioritise and manage multiple requests, setting clear expectations and balancing urgency.
• Process orders, pricing and delivery information across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, manufacturing and warehousing to resolve issues.
• Track orders end‑to‑end, anticipate delays and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders through problem‑solving.
• Use data and customer insights to aid planning, forecasting and continuous improvement.
