About the role

Join the Client Services Team at ARH Homebush, a leading multi‑specialist and 24‑hour emergency veterinary hospital. As the first point of contact, you will welcome clients and their pets, ensuring a warm, professional, and compassionate experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them appropriately.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, admissions and emergency presentations.
• Assist with estimates, billing, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, nurses and support teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, reception or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Calm, professional and compassionate approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well within a team.
