Customer Service Representative - Automotive Delivery Support

About the role

Hudson is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to support a client in the automotive industry during a high-volume delivery period in Sydney. It is a hands-on role combining front-of-house customer service, administrative support and delivery coordination so customers have a seamless experience. The dates are 10 October 2026 to 1 December 2026 (potential to extend), Monday to Friday, 10am to 4.30pm, on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, premium experience
• Give guidance on basic product features and functionality
• Support delivery operations and appointment coordination
• Assist with vehicle staging and preparation for handover
• Help internal teams complete final quality checks
• Provide general administrative support as required
• Assist with moving vehicles, including trade-ins and used vehicles

Required profile

• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Proactive, team-oriented approach
• Reliability and flexibility across rostered shifts
• Valid Australian or international driver's licence

What we offer

• Pay of $38 per hour plus superannuation (casual loading included for Australian-based contract and temporary roles)
