About the role

Join Oscar Wylee’s Westfield Tuggerah store as a Customer Service and Optical Assistant. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them find the perfect eyewear while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their eyewear needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist shoppers in selecting frames, offering styling advice and ensuring a smooth fitting process.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence on the shop floor and respond promptly to customer queries.
• Support teammates, contribute to a collaborative store environment, and help achieve sales targets.
• Keep the store tidy, stocked, and visually appealing according to brand standards.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and an approachable, empathetic attitude.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Team‑player who enjoys helping colleagues and celebrating store successes.
