Customer Service Officer

About the role

Belimo, a global leader in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions operating in more than 80 countries, is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer for its Moorabbin Airport facility. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and sales staff, processing orders accurately and resolving enquiries professionally and efficiently, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Product Management and Accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately through the ERP system
• Manage enquiries about orders, deliveries and stock availability
• Provide order confirmations and resolve order discrepancies
• Support freight enquiries and coordinate customer deliveries
• Process product returns, credits and return material authorisations (RMAs)
• Support eCommerce and after-sales activities
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, Order Processing or Administration
• Strong written and spoken English
• Full Australian working rights
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, positive approach to customer service, teamwork and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Experience using CRM and ERP systems
• SAP experience highly regarded
