As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving enquiries, and driving satisfaction for our customers across Australia. Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
• Confidently handle customer enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Maintain a professional, engaging phone manner to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Effectively manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to continuously deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service role dealing with both internal and external customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic workloads efficiently.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and positive under pressure.
