Customer Service Advisor - Aged Care, Disability & Retirement Living

About the role

VMCH is looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor in Melbourne to be the first point of contact for its customers. The role supports current and prospective customers across aged care, disability services and retirement living, responding to enquiries by phone, email and web and connecting them with the right teams and support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, giving timely and helpful support
• Provide information about VMCH services and connect customers with the right teams
• Deliver a positive, personalised customer experience at every interaction
• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate call-backs and provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team and the Lonsdale Street Office

Required profile

• A genuine passion for aged care and disability services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong organisation and time management, able to work independently and manage competing priorities
