Customer Relationship Manager – Corporate Travel

About the role

We are seeking a relationship‑driven Customer Relationship Manager to join InTravel Group’s Melbourne team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of key and emerging corporate travel accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, programme performance and long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with assigned travel accounts, monitoring satisfaction and renewal risk.
• Analyse travel data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and performance trends.
• Develop and execute supplier strategies that balance cost, compliance and traveller experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor travel programmes to client needs and commercial objectives.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate travel or travel‑management environments.
• Strong commercial curiosity and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with a focus on trust and long‑term partnership.
• Strategic thinker who can also manage detailed execution.
• Comfortable working in a boutique, collaborative setting.
