Customer Relations Agent

About the role

Join Veriu Group as a Customer Relations Agent and become the first point of contact for guests across our network of hotels. You will play a vital role in delivering personalised service, converting enquiries into bookings, and building lasting relationships with travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively capture and convert inbound phone and email enquiries for all hotels in the Veriu portfolio.
• Provide a high standard of genuine, personalised service in every interaction to foster long‑term guest relationships.
• Communicate proposals promptly and effectively, tailoring offers to each guest’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions in the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
