Customer Onboarding Specialist – SaaS Healthtech

About the role

Personify Care is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will guide healthcare organisations through a structured, empathetic onboarding journey. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to go‑live and beyond, helping them adopt our digital health platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding projects for hospitals, primary care, aged‑care and allied‑health providers.
• Run training sessions and workshops for mixed clinical and administrative audiences.
• Gather, refine and document customer requirements and workflow configurations.
• Build and configure digital pathways and process flows within the platform.
• Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects, tracking scope, timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, project implementation or customer success, preferably in SaaS health technology.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage clinicians and administrators.
• High attention to detail, process‑oriented mindset and genuine empathy for users navigating change.
• Experience working with healthcare organisations such as hospitals, primary care or aged‑care facilities.
