Customer Implementation Manager

About the role

The Customer Implementation Manager will lead the onboarding of new corporate travel clients and ensure existing customers receive an optimal technology experience. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will manage end‑to‑end implementation projects that maximise the value of FCM’s travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle customer onboarding and implementation projects, delivering seamless transitions.
• Consult with customers to capture requirements, analyse needs and propose technology and process solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers and communication schedules.
• Act as a trusted advisor by staying current on FCM technology, applications and system configurations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, account managers, business development managers and support teams.
• Facilitate implementation workshops, regular project updates and proactively manage expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel‑industry role with technology exposure, or as an Implementation Manager.
• Solid understanding of implementation processes and project delivery.
• Proven ability to handle high‑pressure situations and negotiate effectively.
• Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with teams.
