Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Crown Equipment is looking for a motivated Customer Experience Representative to support Sales Operations across Australia. You will act as the first point of contact for customers with sales and rental enquiries, ensuring a positive experience and smooth hand‑off to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Handle sales and rental enquiries nationally using the company’s series database.
• Conduct outbound calls to keep customers informed and to promote hand pallet trucks.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience for every customer.
• Assist in developing telemarketing programmes that generate qualified enquiries.

Required profile

• Positive, professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• High energy, motivation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate work.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not essential.
