About the role
MSS Security is looking for Permanent Casual Customer Experience Officers to join its team at Brisbane Airport. You will assist passengers by giving directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment.
Key responsibilities
- Give a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal
- Provide clear directions and guidance so passengers can navigate the terminal efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- During peak periods, proactively guide passengers and give clear, helpful information to keep terminal flow smooth
Required profile
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national security police check
- Ability to pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours
- 24/7 availability for a part-time rotating roster (AM and PM)
- Master licence (41299)
