Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Water Corporation is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant for a fast-paced contact centre role, starting in February 2027. The position suits people starting their career, returning to the workforce or seeking a stable role with development opportunities. No years of experience are needed; employers value attitude, resilience and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers on billing and account questions, payment support and payment plans, and water, wastewater and service enquiries.
• Help customers navigate difficult situations with empathy and care, finding practical solutions.
• Work across phone and digital channels, building communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Delivers excellent customer service by listening carefully and giving accurate, tailored solutions.
• Navigates multiple systems and applications accurately and with attention to detail.
• Resilient under pressure, adaptable to changing needs, and collaborative within a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to customer outcomes.

What we offer

• Starting salary of $76,156 plus superannuation.
